Retirement can sure be nice when you have a view like this! My parents have come to love their resort life and new home at Lake Las Vegas. Caesar likes that there is no snow and my parents love the golf courses. We took these pics a few visits ago...I am sure my Dad has traded his pants and jacket for shorts and a tee shirt with the over 100 degree weather that they are experiencing this summer!

We are putting the official offer in today! It has taken a little longer because we had to have our attorney review the contract (buying downtown is hard!) We'll keep you posted!
